Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Follow these steps to open a dispute:

    Include your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. Unpacking Video:
    Attach a clear video showing the unpacking process from start to finish, highlighting the damaged or missing item.

Return Shipping Policy

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Additionally, a shipping charge of Rs.400 will be added when we ship the replacement item back to you.
